Joe: I believe you're as current as I am on this one. I can tell from market activity that it isn't dead, just stalled. If it were dead, the participants would be down sharply on heavy volume. So far, it seems to be the "nervous nellies" jumping ship. I can live with that, for awhile anyway. Regards, Dale
