Good observation. Although note that numerically just under half of those with strike between 12 & 29 are still in the money too. Please explain the stock cap. Do you mean the effective non-cash charge to earnings? Won't they just put that in the stuff that pro-forma excludes? Or will J6P have woken up by then and told Corporate America to ditch pro-forma sleight of hand? <g> John.
