McGowan: I do not wish to specify who on the GWB thread received ultra-right-wing hate mail addressed to his boss at work, but I have no reason to doubt the veracity of the PM I received from this person a few months ago. I had just stated on the GWB thread why i could not disclose my occupation. (Same reason I gave you.) A day later, this person sent me a PM. He or she basically said: "I understand where you're coming from because this is what happened to me." The person then provided details of SI bashers who wrote his boss at work, saying "Did you know that so and so said such and such?" I do not feel that I am at liberty to disclose the poster's identity because the information came in a PM. If you and Michael "Mad Dog" Cummings choose not to believe me, that is your call. I am glad to hear that you would never stoop that low, but there are others who would. Some people take this crap seriously.
