Tom, have you thought about suing yourself?

After all, you were following your advice, so it's not your fault, it's yours. It would probably confuse the jury a bit, but hell, that's to your advantage (like Microsoft). I think you would have a good chance of winning the case, and even if you lose, well at least you'd have the satisfaction of winning. Just trying to help out here. J.C.
