Crazy analysists on CNBC....Banking sector will not recover. Most major banks are highly leveraged in investments and real estate. The market down turn will squeeze these positions and force people and companies to go bankrupt, putting loans that they have issued in default and investments at a loss. Lower interest rates won't do squat to their earnings when people are going bankrupt, or are being laid off and can't get a loan anyway.
