No. It's unusual to release a "preliminary report" under the circumstances.

The only number they know that won't change is the revenues, and this they reported.

BTW, based on the $128.7M in revenues I expect they earned about 27 cents a share, excluding the expected restructuring charge of $5M due to the costs of closing the Ericsson deal,which will wipe out the earnings.

Just wait until they report over $200M revenues in the current quarter sometime in late July. Then I expect no one will even remember this SEC stuff. The consensus estimate for earnings in the current year ending next March is $1.71 (which may I think may be low). So the stock is trading about 13-14 times forward earnings and growing earnings about 40% a year for the next several years.
