Thanks Boots. Know Al will appreciate that. He made it through the surgery and his wife Clara ( a registered nurse) reports he got the hang of the morphine pump button right away ( as opposed to my beloved sister, who fresh from surgery and confronted with instructions on the morphine button and breathing exercises tried to get morphine by breathing on the button...lol..she always has been imaginative). As for Ampex, this shrinking rubiks cube is still missing some key pieces of course. I guess we all are awaiting ( and waiting and waiting and waiting ......) the ADS sale before we attempt any conclusions about survival and the possibilities of some eventual degree of prosperity. My personal opinion is that survival is likely.....prosperity uncertain ....one more run at least probable. But I have been wrong on all counts with AXC many times before....could surprise in either direction. Just no way to know.
