Great chance to countersue NCR for frivolous lawsuit, hey NCR (who never produced any hand held devices) why not sue AT&T for inventing the the telephone too, and hey NCR why not sue Star Trek for stealing your imaginary product too. I hope PALM and HANDspring take NCR to the cleaners on this one, these sad, wannabe, jealosy Public Relations lawsuits must end, the courts should not be used for free advertising. I hope PALM Goes and sues the Bastards.
