The tax law of options triggered by the AMT is a false law. It can and will be overturned in court. You can never be liable for more than what you've realized. It would be government extortion. These outcomes are part of the terror that socialists invent to maintain a healthy war on wealth. Americans approve of this war so they should expect a few casualties. Terrorizing a few certainly must be worth making sure a few fat cats are hurt. Ask Gephardt and Daschle because they would secretly agree.
