Ben, now reading your 10/96 posts "where's the peak?" -- That was It.

Looking now at a five-year chart, October 1996 was pretty much the high, and the price has now come off 20% or so to $30.00. FY 98 earnings forecasts are around $1.

How long can SBUX continue growing by opening new stores/outlets/kiosks/grocery/deli sales? I read existing store sales up about 6% last snapshot.

The quesion now -- where is the bottom? The momentum investors aren't buying here, but have they finished selling what they bought last fall?
