Why even look at payroll taxes if your not willing to make any significant changes to SS? Yea they are killing us but so what? What are you willing to do about it? [ NOTE: Making the rich and business pay the whole load is not the right answer] Payroll taxes are regressive and are now the largest tax burden for many low-income workers
