Death by a thousand cuts?..... It looks like the market just can't let go of the tech sector. Other sectors and consumer confidence are strong enough to minimize a rate cut. If we are in a bear market, we should see 20% off the Dow high of about 11000. That would mean a target of 8800 on the Dow. It looks like this still needs some time and will drag on, hence a slow death by a thousand cuts for tech hopefuls before final capitulation.
