Kenneth, regardless of the analyst's track record, the bigger issue is Nortel's loss of what appear to be large dollar value contracts during difficult times. In totality, the combined dollar amount of the lost contracts will certainly have an impact on NT's bottom line. Also, NT does not have a very good public relations image. Has anyone taken a tally of all of those class action suits? The ongoing costs of defending against those lawsuits is not chump change.
