I heard they put them in front of a firing squad. Clinton went first, and when the firing squad raised there rifles, Clinton yelled "Earthquake" and theyn all dropped their rifles and Clinton escaped. They did the same theing to Gore, and he yelled "Tornado", and the same thing happened - and Gore ran away. Dubya has it all figured out.
