Do you use the ADX for weekly charts as well...and still use the #14 as your input guide?

One more question re: ADX....if a stock's ADX reached 40 at it's highest point in it's uptrend, would you expect that a reading of 40 would be near the lowest point in its downtrend, say, a year later?
