The market Titanic’s stern is on the rise. If she cracks, there’s no going back. If DOJ is
reversed or amicably settled, and MSFT goes up, lifting the NASDAQ with it, then that
would suggest to me that the antitrust suit was inappropriate. If DOJ is upheld, MSFT
stock sinks, and the NAS goes up, then I’ll concede that the DOJ suit was an appropriate
application of the antitrust laws. I do believe the markets will be the final arbiter.
