OT/OT,Howard C, please pardon my concerns here, but I have extremely serious concerns about Billy's intellect from a medical viewpoint: here is a guy that during the Lewinsky interrogatory in front of the prosecutor kept saying " I don't recall... I don't remember.... I don't recollect that " over and over.... 50 times.?.. Inability to remember multiple simple events, is a late sign of serious mental impairment. Same thing with Hillary.Maybe they contracted together some kind of infectious disease that affects the brain and impairs memory. Perhaps a degenerate disese.....errrr....I mean degenerative... All this of course is pure speculation on my part. I have no proof. I would need to perform a more accurate medical exam to tell for sure, TA
