First of all, I did not know Jenna was "suspended for advertising", but in the TOS, in addition to rules about advertising, there is something about making more than a certain number of posts per 6 hours, or at least there used to be.

Maybe the difference is that when I make more than my allotted number of posts, it is because I am responding to genuine questions fielded by SI members rather than to do "updates" of what is going on in the paid room? After all, why would anyone in the paid room need to come here at SI to get updated? And those who are on end of day presumably are on an email list, and can have their updates conveniently sent directly to their computer, instead of having the extra monthly expense of maintaining an account here at SI?
