John,

What you say about SMOP/PEX is true, except my timeframe (from somewhere, JimP, perhaps) was that the thing would close by the end of April or sometime in May. These things always seem to take longer than investors like. Like you, I'm looking to sell my stock to someone for north of $4.50/share and I have patience. But it does seem to be taking quite a while. On the other hand, if I get, say, $4.55/share by the middle of May, that's a 7.3% return on today's price for two months, annualized to 43.8%. Of course, if it takes a lot longer, then the annualized rate goes down. It's nice to put this week in the can and look ahead to next.
