A plus??!! For whom? You like the idea of children spattered on pavement? No, I like the idea of freedom. I am not a child and I don't need the federal or VA state government treating me like I am one. I wear a seatbelt and would continue to wear one if it was not a legal requirement but its my own decision and not a proper matter for government intervention. Tim
