StockOperator, I now have to conclude (sic) that the DOW has broken the diamond to the downside with this weeks drop. With the break to the downside occurring at 10,475 and a differential of 2020 from the top of the diamond to the bottom, I then conclude that we are headed for 8458 over the next several weeks. This is another 13% down from here.

I just don't know (or can't guess) what the effect will be on the other indexes. A recent analysis has shown that, for the most part, the local lows and local highs on the major indexes track each other within just a few days. So if Bulkowski is correct and his statistics prevail, in 6 weeks or so, we will see the bottom of the bear. What that will look like and whether or not we will like what we see, I dunno! ggg Bears asses tend to look funny!
