CHICAGO, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSII - news), the world's premier executive search and leadership
consulting firm, today announced its board of directors has authorized company management to repurchase up to two million shares of Heidrick & Struggles
common stock from time to time on the open market over the next two years.

The company currently has 19.4 million shares outstanding.
