More ARMs Index:

I just did a calculation, the ARMs Index 10 day moving average now stands at 1.533, a level seen only once in the past 10 years. On that occasion in 1997, the indicator actually topped 2.0

The text that I provided in my previous message, indicating that the ARMS index was waffling between 1.2 and 1.25, was written on March 5th. Since then the indicator has moved sharply higher. There was also a disclaimer provided to the effect that, even though this indicator has a sterling record in the past, past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance.
