Duke - I guess "Jeff Clarke" must be a fairly common name. According to a CPQ guy who is himself a former DEC employee, the CPQ Jeff Clarke was a long time DEC Employee before the acquisition by CPQ and has never held an executive position outside of DEC or CPQ. He was a mid-level finance person at DEC who rose quickly after the acquisition.

I guess the RB poster has about the same notion of due diligence as most posters there.
