The Company's stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the class period LOL!! EVERY companies stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the class period.. The complaint charges that the Company, its Chairman and Loral Space & Communications Ltd., Globalstar's controlling shareholder, violated the federal securities laws by providing materially false and misleading information about the Company's financial condition and future growth potential, I think they should be naming George Gilder in these allegations...
