With 200MM of net deficit of sharehold equity, I didnot see how they can come out early. Well, I am following the reorganize plan now, but there is no way that can be coming out easy. I just read some articles about the creditors, there are total 40 more suppliers and banks has unseacured position with the company. The only reason it is still running is that Auto industry is still strong. If the company can't pull out before the down of Auto industry, it could be a piece of history.
