Skeets, I don't think our bubble hit real estate nearly as hard as Japan's did...except for select locations in Silly Valley. Do you (or any other reader) know where I can find historical US housing index figures? The Boston Globe occasionally publishes the Case-Schiller index figures for the Boston area but I can't find figures to compare historical real estate prices by metropolitan area.
