Jens; The mistake the Ghauri's made, besides marrying into the Khan family, was to get involved with known CRIMINALS at all. It shows exceedingly poor judgement, which calls into question why anyone would trust these people with their money. As for the Deephaven deal, it is a very typical discount deal. In these deals the buyer usually shorts stock (lowering the share price) and then buys stock to cover the short, in the deal. The buyer makes his % profit and then moves on. these funds could not care less about the company, they only want to make their % spread. Buyer Beware!
