Kymar, if you would have waited for that fanfare in August 1992, you would have missed that silent bottom completely. No congressional hearings, nothing every one resigned to the fact that stocks are the last thing tio invest in (of course, you could get 30 years treasuries then at $13 to 15%, why bother with the market?). I still think that w are going to be "treated" to a mutiyear period of a market gyrating between broad ranges in a series of three may be four bear markets interrupted with vey lively bull periods, but no real "progress" a la "fool" (where are the next 2000 Naz point going to be, that was their story last year as well). You'll have to chose the right stocks and you'll have to do the best yo can with timing. Zeev
