attn BNEZ shareholders. Within 2 weeks myself and many other shareholders of this piece of crap company are going to start our DD with a lawyer into a lawsuit against the company. We want to find out basically 2 things. 1. Where did all the money go that was raised through the private placements that Jack did. 2. Where is the software now. 3. What, if any illegal things did Jack and Mikey do. I have many statement from former employees that will be turned over to the lawyers. Once I get a list together of the shareholders that want to join in the lawsuit, we will work from their and decide how to split the cost. I have many shareholders that were never on Raging Bull or SI that want in on this. All of whom lost over 50k each. I'm in the process of getting in touch with the person that put over 1 million into BNEZ in the private placement. The bottom line here is that we want to make sure that if anything was done illegal, which we have reason to believe, that Jack and Mikey are prosecuted to the full extent for actions. And for everyone that heard the rumor about Jack dying from stomach cancer and trying to sell the company. Complete lies. He never had cancer. It was all smoke and mirrors as he tried to bury any trails from the companies misdeeds. But we are going to dig them up and make whomever responsible. FX and myself with be working on this.
