Dear Ken: JEEZ, and you fellows blame Bush and Cheney for "talking" down the economy?? The fly in the ointment I see in "the Bugs" view is that consumer confidence still remains reasonably high as does employment. A friend of mine just refinanced her mortage saving $200 a month in payments--she went out and bought $4,500 worth of Jeep modifications. With rates dropping, picture this spreading throughout America, then picture the happy smiling faces when people know their tax rates are headed down. The "Bugs" scenario could evaporate in the blink of an eye. JDN
