James, things did get pretty quiet all of a sudden. I am traveling now and plan to call the company when I get back to the US to find how how/when DTEC stock will be converted into PHOX. I own DTEC, but I am not convinced that there will be an automatic windfall upon conversion. Good luck, Jim
