You didn't respond to this:
How many
people would it be ok to sacrifice for you not to wear your seat belt?

I thought I did respond. I said that you had presented a false dichotomy, which makes the question meaningless.

If the question were on target, then it would have been rhetorical--the answer is obviously none--so there would be no expectation of an answer.

Your question seems to presuppose that this is a binary public health issue. I see equal protection and government overreach components, as well. I would not expect us to be in sync on the matter of overreach as we have very different frameworks, but I would expect us to have a shared interest in equal protection.
