Hi Teresa, This comment was in the Signal Watch (Ed Downs) e-mail for last evening. Since the guy is often on target, I went looking for the pennant he mentions but could not see it. What I'm really wondering is how he gets the measurements for a few hundred point drop from seeing this pennant. If you have a minute, could you point out this pennant and maybe explain how the downside target is measured?

The NASDAQ continued down, as we expected it to, but formed an interesting double bottom at the 1,880 level. This could be a sign of a rally for Monday, but again, the pennant we saw form a few days ago implies a move down to 1,650 so we have to be careful here.
