Zeev and all: I can't read through this whole thread but thinking in a contrarian manner, at 16 or so, is Rambus appropriately priced as a company which derives its income from the sale of the RDRAM and nothing else, even though that's a worst case scenario? My guy read the opinion and opined that it was pretty bad, and appeal-proof. He's not the final authority on this but he does have experience in those courts. They're "zeroed out" was his term. But, it's still just one case. I'm thinking about a pure speculative play in some cheap calls. Everytime Rambus is declared DOA and the funeral is held, there seems to be yet another monster squeeze in the offing. P.S. I see you partially addressed this in a later post.
