sayrep - RE: "brink was talking about using rydex ursa as a hedge"

I know. With half the amount, I bought URPIX (PROFUNDS Ultra Bear Fund) near the top and road it down to NAZ 3000 area as a hedge before closing it out and acting almost immediately" on the QQQ call at an average cost of $71. In the NAZ 2800 area, I took a tax loss on QQQ to offset my entire short term profit on URPIX, and switched to 3.2Beta RYVYX. Good night nurse! Now I know what stars feel like being sucked by gravity into a black hole. At this point, I'm 78% bonds with the balance in equities - down about 9% from my portfolio high reached last December. I'm holding RYVYX as a long term investment because I believe that the companies that comprise the NAZ100 are mostly great companies that will eventually come back (hopefully in my remaining lifetime). How am I doing, sayrep?
