Interesting points you make about India, whose educated and affluent middle-class is growing by leaps and bounds. India will be the most populous country in the world by about 2040, and is pursuing reforms to make its economy more open and competitive. In Canada, we're finally waking up to this fact and making much-needed policy changes to take advantage of it. anna
