No one expects him to be ahead of the curve. Every fund manager and retail investor is crying for the Fed to get ahead of the curve and give the market confidence. They won't disappoint, imo and they will be buying with both hands. Everyone is looking for a reason to go long. That would be the catalyst to do it I said panic earlier but I would be very happy if we got an awesome rally... I would be selling into it...
