Check the CBMI thread on MF! CBMI has some results out on a spinal fusinon of a mammal using OP-1, which allegedly shows significantly better result than the 'gold standard' of autologous fusinon. Poster claims this work was done with Novos, which confuses me since I thought Stryker had an exclusive on all Orthpedic application of OP-1. Have rquested more details. Poster also claims Spinal Fusion makret is huge. Needless to say we are years away from the market since human testing has not even apparently begun. However, this does not take away from the importance of this signifcant demonstration of OP-1's efficacy in an mammalian model.........However, the financial community may just treat this as a Ho Hum.......until human data is available.
