POWER PLUS: -
Somewhat OT - I've been following the Munder's Fund new offering called the Power Plus fund. I know the focus of the thread is G&K. But this fund looks to invest in the companies that will change the way power, mainly electricity, is delivered in this country, and worldwide. One of the tenets is that the digital revolution (computers and servers, etc) have drastically changed the rate of growth of electricity demand, (all them computers whizzing away). More efficient chips, delivery systems, as well as alternate power options are areas of interest to the fund. Munder was one of the first with the NETNET fund to invest in the internet. and while that may not seem attractive today, the returns in the first few years of that fund was astronomical. site for Power Plus: munder.com larry
