Interesting post on the MF thread on CBMI. They are reporting the successs of their OP-1 molecule in a Spinal Fusion in a mammal modle, with allegedly significantly better results than the 'gold standard' of AUTOLOGOUS TISSSUE TRANSFER. This could be significant for LUNR & HOLX as it would potentially simply and reduce the cost of Spinal Fusions, increasing their incidence and of course requring densitometry to follow the patient. Thes best news is here's another way to grow bone besides Fosamax and the new designer Estrogens.
