Good analogy! I find the judges construction too narrow.
It is clear that the MM were trying to rip Rambus off from Crisp's email. However, it does appear that this judge is biased towards Infineon. We will have to see how he deals with the obstruction of justice issues caused by Infineon lying and withholding of evidence.
