Wayne and Lola. A good thread to bookmark is this one. Subject 33434 Also any Canadian that makes numerous trades, should be familiar with these. It ain't pretty. Seems if your main intent trading stocks is to profit from the trades, you are a trader, and capital gains do not apply. That I guess is opposed to an "investor" who maybe never sells anything?
