Ben, I agree that the Q's involvement for bidding as part of a consortium in Korea for 3G is to hedge their bets. Their reasons for doing so are , I believe, very strategic and related to ensuring that cdma2000 eventually takes hold in China. Gets back to those rumblings we've been hearing about developing an Asian Triangle, i.e. - cdma2000 3G Guild <lol> Jon - Have no idea where the term "White Paper" emanated but it has been used for many many years by our Defense Industry.
