For interest sake? Shareholder Maximization. There currently are a gaggle of cos. that are apparently for sale and have mentioned the "shareholder maximization" words in recent news releases. I've started a new thread at Subject 50981 where links and news releases can be posted. Magin MGY, OGY Petroleum OGY, Bolt BLT, Maxx MXP, etc. are some such cos.
