I'm confused, I'm told that Jenna was banned yet the other one is allowed to post her ads freely. My simple idea is that when she or others return to just follow the instructions from SI to the letter and ignore any further attempt to let anyone on this thread entice you into any conversation that is off topic. This entire advertising hullaballo is entirely out of proportion. I wanted to keep the thread header ad free, that's all. I don't care how much anyone charges, its not my business, probably they get subscribers or they would offer it for free like others who can't get anyone to pay.
Its a supply and demand business like any other capitalistic business. People lower prices when there is no demand and charge what the market will bear when their services are in demand. You don't like it, don't pay. You like it you pay. Simple.. I tried 6, I liked 2, all this will be in my article. Services that DID NOT include chat, I liked far better. I tried 5, I liked 3 enough to get a 'real' subscription.
It is no one's business how much they charge, they don't have to justify prices that is immature, just keep off the advertisements in the first place. Furthermore, I think SI SHOULD BAN DISCUSSIONS ON ADVERTISEMENTS OR OFF TOPIC CRAP ON THESE GOOD THREADS. Save those discussions for the Coffee House.
I hope by Monday things get back to normal. If you all want to know where i was, I was writing an article on the 'goings on' on message boards, chat rooms, etc. which I was requisitioned to write and is now on the way to the editors.
As for me if she doesn't ban me, I'll be good, I might contribute a stock related topic or two. I'm not to familiar with the small or mid cap stocks but I have some knowledge in the large cap tech sector. |
