There is uncertainty theory in physics and electronics, i.e., you can never estimate an unknown with absolute accuracy. So when "experts" try to pinpoint the bottom, the real bottom will make them look like idiots.

I say if Greenspan lowers the rate by another full point within the next 3 months, tech will be saved.
