While at the Greek grocer today I overheard someone buying hummus. I also ordered and got some pita bread as well. I lightly fried the pita and then put a layer of hummus on it and then sprinkled with chunks of feta. Greek vegetarian pizza!! I topped with olives that my wife keeps soaking in vinegar. It was good and something I think the veggies(vegitarians) would be proud!
