Quite a few Tech companies hold big sums of cash reserves>>>

what is csco and msft cash per share?
what is the trend in days outstanding for account recievables?

on the bubble side they were valuing internet company's by # of page clicks and other absurdities - new valuation metrics - hooey,

the pitch side should see a return to rational business valuation, maybe even an overeaction to the downside in valuation metrics.

you sure all the air has been taken out of the tech bubble?

by any traditional valuations, techs have been overvalued since 1997, and that was during booming economic times.

momentum investors have been destroyed, they jumped in on the bandwagon at the top, there will be no help from these guys to get tech stocks back to the levels they saw last year.

True to their reputation for being the ultimate contrary indicator, small investors will pile into bear-market funds right at the market bottom, Leuthold says. "We'll have the most money in the short funds at the very time it shouldn't be there."

another look at sentiment that is saying something different than the amount on money in bear funds
