Haim - "Lower energy prices are the answer and he should lean on Saudi Arabia and other US
protectorates to participate in the responsibility to prop up economies by lowering
energy prices by a notch."
For much of my life I've been an unavoidable cynic regarding human nature, and in particular cynical of politicians, governments, and corporations, although ever hopeful. I do not expect in my time, however, to ever see organizations such as OPEC to forsake profits and replace them with a sense of responsibility for end users of their product, whether or not a long-term view of such a decision might be more beneficial to all. We live in a profit-oriented world, and I find it less stressful to the soul to accept it as such. I expect the worst and hence am pleasantly surprised when something other occurs. R
